The Library offers two display cases that can be used by community organizations and groups. Each case is lighted and measures 40 inches wide, 60 inches tall and 10 inches deep. The cases may be requested individually or as a pair. A shelf and display stands can be provided by the Library for each window. The use of the display cases is limited to one month and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
All requests for the display of materials must be approved by the Head of Circulation Services. Groups/Organizations providing displays should note that the Library is not responsible for materials that may be damaged, lost or stolen while on display.
